Wim Hof Wellness Sundays

Sundays from 13 October - 8 December 2024
12pm - 2pm
22
Troon Church of Scotland Halls, 51 Ayr Street, KA10 6EB

Join us for a powerful two-hour workshop designed to set you up for the week ahead. We will release negative, limiting beliefs, and focus on gratitude, goal-setting, and manifesting the life you deserve.

The session begins with Wim Hof breathwork to energise your mind and body, followed by a meditation to ground and centre you.

Next, we’ll step outside to our beautiful garden space to embrace the transformative power of cold water therapy, tapping into its ability to push you beyond your comfort zone and help you discover your true magic.

This is more than just a wellness workshop—it’s an opportunity to build community, connect with others, and create the best vibe for your week.

Let’s embrace the cold, the breath, and the magic within us. This event will run every fortnight, so mark your calendars and join us in Troon. Discover your magic beyond your comfort zone.

Dates
Sunday 13th October, 27th October, 10th November, 24th November, and 8th December 2024
