Blue Badge parking bays are provided for the purpose of parking vehicles only. They are not intended to be used as waiting, dwelling, or sitting areas.
To ensure the car park remains safe and accessible, any person found congregating in the area will be asked to leave by our security team. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration for other Blue Badge users.
Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Coach drivers must display the parking confirmation upon arrival at the venue.
Please note that this parking facility is strictly for coaches. Any non-coach vehicles booked in error will be denied access, and refunds will not be provided.
To make car park access as smooth as possible, entry will be streamlined using ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras. Your vehicle’s registration will be automatically scanned upon arrival, so you’ll need to provide the number plate of the vehicle you intend to bring on the day when pre-booking your parking.
Our Parking and Transport Teams have carefully planned exit strategies in place for each car park to help you leave as efficiently as possible. Please follow the directions of our traffic management team and all on-site signage when leaving the car park to help keep traffic flowing safely and smoothly.
However, as with any large-scale event, some delays are to be expected. Please allow extra time in your journey plans, both when arriving and departing the festival.
Please be aware that the parking area may consist of uneven ground conditions, and vehicles are parked at your own risk. We recommend using caution when entering and exiting the area, particularly in wet/adverse weather.
TOWED CARS: It’s extremely important that you do not park in any restricted area. Vehicles left in restricted areas may be towed, and the owner will be required to pay a £200 fine to retrieve it.
You can find out how to retrieve your vehicle here (www.south-ayrshire.gov.uk/car-towed)
Some streets will be covered by a Temporary Traffic Restriction Order (TTRO). This means that only residents or businesses with a valid parking permit will be permitted to park in these areas. Some of the streets will be closed to traffic. However, we will have checkpoints in place to ensure that residents can gain access to their homes and will provide letters with further information to all addresses affected by the TTRO.
Information about parking and traffic restrictions on the weekend of the airshow is available on South Ayrshire Council website.
For the safety and comfort of all visitors, fires, barbecues, awnings, tables, chairs and other camping equipment are strictly prohibited in all car parks. Please only use your allocated parking space and follow all instructions from event staff.

In booking a ticket, you are reserving a car park space. Reservations and tickets bought for this event are final. Once a purchase is made, bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
In the unlikely event of a change in date, time, or venue, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Bookings are non-transferable. You will receive a confirmation email when your booking is complete.
