Join us for Burns Birthday Bash, a family-friendly celebration of Burns Night in the Bard’s birthplace, featuring a ceilidh, live music, and plenty of entertainment! This is an evening filled with dancing, delicious food, drinks, and fun for everyone.

The festivities begin as you arrive at the museum, greeted by the sound of bagpipes, with the traditional Burns’ Address to the Haggis. Enjoy a hearty serving of haggis, neeps, and tatties, a staple of the Burns Night celebration. Then, the McHart Ceilidh Band will guide you step-by-step through the dances, ensuring plenty of fun and laughter throughout the evening. Additional live performances by Siobhan McAuley will blend traditional and contemporary sounds, captivating guests with her musical talent.

Haggis, neeps, and tatties are included in the ticket price. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when booking to ensure we accommodate all guests. Additionally, you’ll have the option to pre-order drinks for your party, which you can collect upon arrival. Pre-order forms will be sent out closer to the event date.

This event is perfect for families, but please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Doors open at 5:45 pm, with the event starting at 6 pm and dinner being served at 6:30 pm.

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation. We look forward to celebrating Burns Night with you!
