Elevate Your Plate: A Live Nutrition Talk & Food Demo

Ayesha, a nutrition and lifestyle coach, will be leading this interactive session, blending everyday nutrition advice with delicious and nutritious food.

At this workshop, you’ll discover how to fuel your body with simple, nourishing meals that support energy, digestion, and overall wellness. We’ll dive into what your body really needs – in a down-to-earth nutrition talk that makes healthy eating simple – and then bring it to life with a live food demo featuring delicious, nutrient-packed toast toppers.

Whether you’re looking to elevate your breakfast, snack smarter, or simply learn how to build a more satisfying plate, this session will leave you feeling inspired (and well-fed).

What you’ll learn:

  • What to eat to support energy, mood, and digestion
  • The benefits of supporting good gut health
  • How to build simple, satisfying meals — starting with toast!
  • Easy, everyday nutrition tips you can actually stick with
  • How small food upgrades can make a big difference
