An Introduction to the Wisdom of Shamanism

An Introduction to the Wisdom of Shamanism

Ever wondered what exactly is Shamanism?

Join Aurore and Tricia for a discussion to find out why these ancient practices can be so beneficial for finding lasting solutions to problems that have eluded you in life and for revealing the true nature of who you are.

This will be an opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on how these practices actually work. We will cover topics such as setting up sacred space, with advice on boundaries and keeping yourself safe. We will cover grounding techniques and discuss what it feels like to expand your consciousness into a new way of being in the world.

We will conclude with an introductory drum journey so that you can experience first-hand what it feels like to be in the relaxed state, allowing your innate wisdom to rise to the surface of your awareness for healing and new perception of life.

Tricia and Aurore have been walking the path for over 15 years. Their combined experiences bring a wealth of active listening skills and empathy for each individual sacred story. Their interests and field of experience range from Steiner Education to Shamanism, Stillness, Astrology, Non Duality, Buddhism and more. In their hands we truly trust you will feel empowered and nurtured.

Please note that this workshop is only suitable for attendees aged 18+.
