“Tales Of War: A Shropshire Lad” comes to Holy Trinity Church this August! Audiences will have the opportunity to experience an evening of music and reflection.
The concert explores stories of conflict, remembrance and resilience, with a programme spanning from the First World War through to the Holocaust.
Featuring Sean Nelis, Thomas Heaney, Findlay Peters and Aiden Mays, the performance brings together talented students and alumni from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Through music and storytelling, they will reflect on the experiences of those affected by war and the enduring human stories that have emerged from times of hardship.
The evening will offer audiences a chance to hear a thoughtful programme presented by emerging and established musicians, combining historical reflection with powerful musical performances.
