Crown Ballet – Giselle

Crown Ballet – Giselle

Don’t miss this unforgettable opportunity to experience one of the greatest works in classical ballet. This production of Giselle promises an evening of spellbinding artistry, emotional storytelling, and breathtaking choreography set to Adolphe Adam’s exquisite score.

Crown Ballet presents their enchanting production of Giselle – a timeless tale of love, betrayal, and redemption. The story unfolds with Giselle, a gentle peasant girl whose heart belongs to Prince Albrecht. Unaware of his deception, Giselle is devastated when jealous rivals expose his betrayal.

Overcome by heartbreak and her fragile health, she tragically succumbs to despair and loses her life. Even in death, her love endures. At her gravesite, Prince Albrecht is confronted by the Wilis—ghostly spirits of women wronged before their wedding days.

These vengeful beings are determined to dance him to death as punishment. But Giselle’s pure and powerful love intervenes, saving Albrecht from their wrath and proving that love’s strength transcends even death.
