As part of our Pride month programming the Carnegie Library is proud to present poet, singer, songwriter and recipient of a Gaelic Award, Marcas Mac an Tuairneir. Marcas will be giving some readings of his work that have resonated deeply with the LGBT community as well as an audience Q and A where he will be happy to discuss his love of the Gaelic language, his journey from poet to pop star and how intersectionality is at the heart of what he does.
