James Thomson, former senior police officer, retired management and HR consultant, author, with official links to Burns Clubs and the Rpbert Burns World Federation, presents Tam O’ Shanter: The Story Of A Tale, based on his book In and Out of Tam o’ Shanter, The Story of a Tale which examines and explains that great epic poem.
