Drawing for Mindfulness: A guided drawing session led by an experienced artist. No experience or talent is necessary—if you can hold a pencil, you’re welcome! Immerse yourself in a flow state and experience the mindfulness that arises through acts of creation. Suitable for adults. Free, drop-in event.
