Celebrate Burns Night at the Bard’s Birthplace with a family-friendly ceilidh, traditional music and a spectacular fire installation.
Grab your partners and take to the floor as we celebrate Burns Night with an evening of dancing, food, drink and fun.
Arrive at the museum to the sound of bagpipes before enjoying Burns’ Address to the Haggis. Tuck into a hearty serving of haggis, neeps and tatties, then join the McHart Ceilidh Band as they lead you through a series of traditional dances. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, each dance will be explained step by step, with plenty of laughter along the way.
The evening concludes outdoors with a striking fire installation inspired by the life and works of Robert Burns.
