Come along and join in the fun at Girvan RNLI’s Gala Weekend. This is the biggest fundraising event for the local lifeboat team, with loads going on for the whole family to enjoy.

Saturday 1 August Open Day (12pm  – 4pm)

  • Visit the lifeboat station
  • Meet the crew
  • Tour the all-weather Shannon Class Lifeboat ‘Elizabeth and Gertrude Allan’
  • BBQ
  • Girvan Prom parkrun – fancy dress compulsory! Prizes for best dressed child and adult
  • Kids raft race at Girvan Boating pond 12 – 2pm  


Sunday 2 August Harbour Gala (11am – 3pm)
