For the first time ever in South Ayrshire, step on board the magnificent Galeón Andalucía, an authentic full-size replica of a 17th century Spanish galleon and living museum.
For three centuries, these armed merchant vessels were used by the Spanish Crown for maritime expeditions to establish trade routes between Spain, America and the Philippines, crossing the Atlantic Ocean back and forth, sailing around the Caribbean Sea and the American coasts, and covering the Pacific route as well.
Now you can discover what Spanish Galleons were really like when the Galeón Andalucía sails into Ayr! This wonderful floating museum has covered tens of thousands of nautical miles in tribute to its historic predecessors but has never before visited South Ayrshire.
Sailing into Ayr on 12 August, Galeón Andalucía will be open from 13 – 23 August and will depart on 24 August.

Tickets are available on board or online, however purchasing online tickets is recommended as there is limited availability to purchase in person.

Tickets bought after 12 August are full price.
Guided tours for groups are available on 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 August, from 10am – 8pm.
