Girvan Eco Fair

Join us for a day of conversation, connection, and eco‑friendly activities for all ages at Girvan Eco Fair!

This year’s activities include the opportunity to create your own creative zine with local artist Chelsea Rodger, highlighting the environmental issues you care about. Local willow‑weaving extraordinaire David Powell will also be facilitating a drop‑in workshop where you can make your own willow dragonfly to take home.

Featuring all this and much more, there will be something to interest people of all ages!

We also have:

  • Eco printing with textile artist Vicky Randlo
  • Eco‑friendly craft stalls, including Cash Elf Crafts, The Mindful Soap Bar, Celadoor Crafts, and more
  • Children’s activities
  • Information stands from RSPB and Scottish Wildlife Trust
  • Home Energy Scotland’s Smoothie Bike
  • Spinning and peg‑loom demonstrations from Galloway Forest Fibre and Eden Textiles Studio – come along and learn about the wonders of local wool
  • A chance to join in our Community Weaving Project

Keep an eye on Crag Community Arts social media channels, or email us at [email protected] for more information. Free event (donations welcome).
