Troon Mod Rally 2026

Friday Street proudly presents the Annual Scottish Mod Rally in Troon, celebrating all things connected to 1960s Mod culture.

Saturday 2 May | Scooter ride out from Glasgow to Troon
Meeting Points:
Glasgow – McChuills, 80 High Street, G1 1NL | Leaving at 10.30am sharp
Ayrshire – Monkton Services, Kilmarnock Road, KA9 2RA | Leaving approx. 11.30am
Then driving onto the South Beach hotel.

Saturday Afternoon
12.30pm – 5.00pm | South Beach Hotel – Free Entry
1.30pm – Scooter Competition
Prizes for best Vespa, best Lambretta, and best Mod scooter
The ride out to Prestwick will follow the competition at 2.00pm
Guest DJ’s will be spinning tunes all afternoon
A live set by Troon Rally favourites The 45’s – 3.00pm
Vintage clothing stalls confirmed, Caledonian Vintage, Modclothin’, Karen Carnabay,
Camel Clothing, Queen’s Vintage Bazaar and Lainey Bradford

Saturday Evening
7.30pm – 12.30am | Troon Concert Hall | Advance Tickets
Guest DJs Bill Kealy (For Dancers Only, Wexford) and Bob Gordon (Caledonia Soul, Glasgow) join residents Mikey and Paul on the decks in the fantastic surroundings of Troon Concert Hall. 60s Soul, Rhythm and Blues, Ska and across-the-board Mod classics, all spun on chunky black vintage vinyl.
