Swim Clinics

Our Swim Clinics are 30-minute sessions which cost £7 per session per person. These sessions are designed to focus on specific strokes or skills which match up to specific levels within our Learn2Swim Programme.

Stroke Specific Swim Clinics

These sessions are recommended to confident swimmers who can swim 15 meters or more continuously in front crawl and back crawl. If you are a member of our Learn2Swim Programme, this would be for those in Skills 3 and above. These sessions will only focus on the advertised stroke. Our coaches will assess which supports your child will need to develop and appropriate feedback will be provided throughout.

Lifesaving –During these sessions, children will complete tasks which relate to water safety, an introduction to rescues, floatation, treading water and what to do in an emergency. This session is also for children who can swim at least 15 meters unaided.

Level Specific Swim Clinics

These levels match up with our Learn2Swim programme but are open to anyone to book. Please read the below information carefully prior to selecting any of these courses:

Aqua Fun –Appropriate for children between the ages of 4 years old and 8 years old. This class is for children who cannot swim or cannot swim five meters on their front or back. This class will emphasise water confidence, aquatic breathing and flotation. This class will take place in

Skills 1 –This class is for children who are 8 years or older and can swim between 5 and 10 meters unaided. The session will focus on developing front crawl and backcrawl.

Skills 2 –This class is for children who can swim 10 meters or more in front crawl and backcrawl full stroke. This class may focus on drills and activities to support front crawl, backcrawl, breaststroke or introduce butterfly.
