Scottish Opera is coming to Maybole!

A troupe of talented singers will traverse Scotland to bring an original piano-accompanied production to venues across the country, arriving at Maybole Town Hall on Thursday, 26th October. This vibrant, one-of-a-kind show is created specifically for Scottish Opera each season. Flinging four singers and pianist into the oh-so-familiar setting of a wedding reception, they explore the highs and lows of love in opera. This year’s programme is curated by Derek Clark and includes music from the likes of Mozart, Verdi, Donizetti, and Tchaikovsky, as well as a world premiere by Toby Hession.

Running time:
Approximately 2 hours including a 20-minute interval.
