The Barr Trails are suitable for all ages and walking abilities. About 20 miles (32 km) of paths join together through the beautiful countryside and forest, along riversides and across open hills to create varied trails near the Village of Barr.

All trails start and finish at the Barr Trails car park.

  • Fairy Knowe Trail (sign-posted) 5.5 km / 3.5 miles
  • Dinmurchie Trail 5.1 km / 3.25 miles
  • Devil’s Footprint Trail 6.8 km / 4.25 miles
  • Changue Forest Trail 13.1 km / 8.25 miles
  • Kirstie’s Trail 7km / 4.5 miles
