International Ayr Show - Festival of Flight
4 - 5 September 2026, Low Green, Ayr

The Ayr Show is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, connect with visitors, and be part of one of South Ayrshire’s key events. We welcome applications from a wide range of traders and have two separate trader categories available.

Important Information

Applicants must complete the correct application form for their trader category. Submitting the wrong form may delay your application or result in it not being considered.

Trader Application Forms

South Ayrshire Council is now accepting applications from traders wishing to take part in the International Ayr Show – Festival of Flight, which will take place on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 September 2026. Please complete your application by selecting the relevant form below.

This application is for non-food businesses and organisations, including:

retail stalls
crafts and gifts
local businesses
service providers
charities and community organisations
promotional or information stands

Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted by Friday 5th June. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Food and Drink Application Forms

South Ayrshire Council are seeking professional and suitably qualified Street Food Traders, Specialist Hot and Cold Food Vendors to deliver a variety of high-quality food, drink and specialist produce at the International Ayr Show 2026, Friday 4 and Saturday 5 September 2026.

We aim to curate a varied, delicious and family-friendly offering of food and drink provided by passionate and skilled traders from around the country.

To this end we are looking for a variety of good-quality Street Food Traders including those with a vegan and vegetarian offer that have a proven track record in trading at outdoor events and festivals.

This application is for traders selling food or drink products, including:

hot food
street food
snacks and confectionery
tea, coffee and soft drinks
any other consumable items

Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted by Friday 5th June. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
