Ayr & District Flower Show

The Ayr & District Flower Show is back for a sixth edition this year on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 August 2024, from 10am to 5pm both days.

With a wide range of floral, vegetable, fruit, baking, handicraft and junior classes on show, there will be plenty of exhibits to admire over the two days. And with some new classes making an appearance in the show schedule, there’s never been a better chance to get involved! The pallet garden and baking foursome are just a few that we can’t wait to see in position come showtime in August.

Not just the eye-catching exhibits to admire though, be sure to bring your pennies along to browse the garden and craft stalls as well as your dancing shoes for the variety of musical entertainment that completes the day (with or without an ice cream, we won’t judge).

Back at Ayr Racecourse, the majority of the show is undercover so even on a typical Ayrshire day the show can still be enjoyed. Tickets are available for £7 at the gate, with children under 16 free.
