Caledonian Youth Club has announced details of its annual Sportsman’s Dinner, set to take place in the Ayr United Hospitality Suite on Friday, 27 March.
Running from 7pm for a 7.30pm start, the event promises a lively evening of laughter, football stories and great company, all in support of the club’s ongoing fundraising efforts.
Back by popular demand, the night will be hosted by comedian, retired police officer and qualified referee John McKelvie, who returns as compère.
He will be joined by a fantastic line-up, including former Scotland striker Frank McAvennie, renowned for his colourful career and crowd-pleasing anecdotes, and former referee John Rowbotham, whose entertaining and insightful stories span more than 25 years in the game.
Tickets are priced at £35, with tables of 10 available for £500, which includes an advertising package.
