Mural artist Chris Rutterford will be creating a spectacular new depiction of Tam o’ Shanter overlooking the Brig o’ Doon.

It’s going to be an amazing collaboration between our artist and the community, with artwork produced in mural factory workshops in the Cutty Sark Centre in Ayr between 18th – 29th September 2024.

To join us and paint alongside our artist, follow us on the Alloway Railway Tunnel Facebook where booking information will be available from August onwards.

The image is an illustration promoting a live stage show called The Baddies. It features four main characters in a grassy, outdoor setting with mountains in the background. From left to right, there’s a witch wearing a yellow dress with a red scarf, holding a brown spellbook, and a crow flying beside her. Next to her is a ghostly figure in a top hat and chains. A large, green troll with shaggy fur and a club stands to the right, towering over a young girl. The girl, dressed in bright, colorful clothing, carries a bindle on a stick, as if she's on an adventure. In the top right corner, there's a red circle with the words "LIVE ON STAGE.
