Kewnston Holiday Lettings farmhouse is a large family-orientated holiday home, situated just 5 miles south of Ayr.
We are conveniently located minutes away from the top attractions of Culzean Castle and the Burns Centre, along with the numerous golf courses that this area has to offer.
The property can sleep up to 13 people, has a large breakfasting kitchen and 3 spacious public rooms including a separate dining room, modernised to retain the character whilst creating an open and social atmosphere.
We have a downstairs bedroom containing a king-size bed, a single bed, and a walk in on-suite. There is ample car parking for several cars in the private landscaped courtyard, which is gated to allow both children and pets to enjoy a safe environment. The property backs onto Kewnston playing field which is an 8 acre maintained parkland with woodland walks and a football pitch.
