Prestwick St Nicholas Golf Club is located in Prestwick, South Ayrshire, Scotland. It was founded in 1851, the same year as Prestwick Golf Club, and is also one of the oldest golf clubs in the world. 

The golf course at Prestwick St Nicholas was originally designed by Tom Morris, who was the greenskeeper and professional at Prestwick Golf Club, and has since undergone several changes. The course is known for its challenging holes and coastal views and features several holes that run alongside the beach. 

Prestwick St Nicholas Golf Club has also played an important role in the history of golf, as it was one of the founding clubs of the Scottish Golf Union in 1920. The clubhouse has a collection of historic golf memorabilia and artefacts, including several artifacts related to Tom Morris and the early days of golf in Scotland. 

Today, Prestwick St Nicholas Golf Club is open to visitors and offers a range of membership options. The club hosts several tournaments throughout the year, including the Ayrshire County Championship and the Scottish Amateur Stroke Play Championship.
