Friday Flightline

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all ticket bookings for Friday Flightline at the Ayr Show 2026 (“the Event”), taking place at Low Green Ayr, Scotland. By booking a ticket, you (“the Ticket Holder”) agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry

2.1 All tickets must be purchased through the official Ayr Show website. 

2.2 A valid ticket grants the holder access to Friday Flightline, FRIDAY 4 September only

2.3 Entry is subject to security checks and the event’s rules. 

3. Age Restrictions

3.1 Over 18s only 

3.2 Proof of age may be required at entry. 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the Event is cancelled. 

4.2 In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Booking or transaction fees are non-refundable. 

4.3 Friday Flightline is an outdoor area that is partially undercover. Refunds will not be made if it is raining.    

5. Event Changes

5.1 The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule or facilities, including Friday Flightline, without prior notice. 

5.2 Such changes do not constitute a reason for refund unless the overall Event is cancelled. 

6. Behaviour and Conduct

6.1 Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. 

6.2 The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who is intoxicated, disruptive, or fails to comply with staff instructions. 

6.3 No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is permitted within Friday Flightline. 

6.4 No portable music/speaker systems are allowed to be used.

7. Accessibility and Special Requirements

7.1 Friday Flightline aims to be accessible to all attendees. Please notify us in advance of any specific accessibility needs. 

7.2 Assistance animals are permitted, but other pets are not. 

8. Liability

8.1 Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. 

8.2 The organisers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by proven negligence. 

9. Photography and Media

9.1 By entering the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. 

9.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff on the day. 

10. Data Protection

10.1 Any personal data collected during the ticket booking process will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
