Ayr Show Accessibility Information

Ayr Show Accessibility Information

Please be aware that The International Ayr Show Festival of Flight is an entertaining day out for all, however the air displays can be quite loud. If anyone attending is affected by noise, please ensure that you bring any equipment or support devices with you such as ear defenders – these are not provided by the Ayr Show organisers.

Accessible Seating Platforms

  • We will have two accessible platforms at this year’s International Ayr Show. These will be located at either end of the esplanade.
  • Spaces on these platforms are by a first come first serve basis and are free to access.
  • The accessible platforms are uncovered so please dress for the Scottish weather.
  • As the platforms have a limited capacity, these are strictly for access customers plus one companion – families with children will be allowed to access the platform together.
  • Each platform has a ramp for access and a small number of chairs.  There is ground level accessible viewing across the Low green and esplanade.
