Annbank and Mossblown Trails

There are several local trails and paths around Annbank, Mossblown and the neighbouring Auchincruive Estate. The trails are a mix of woodland, riverbank and open fields in outstanding countryside and offer a great way to explore the local history and natural beauty of the area. The trails are a popular destination for local residents and visitors to the area, they provide a peaceful and relaxing way to enjoy the natural beauty of South Ayrshire. 
 
The trails are free to use and are open year-round. Visitors can access the trails from the village of Mossblown, where there is also a car park.  

The Burnside Trail 
The Burnside Trail is a walking trail runs between the villages of Annbank and Mossblown. The trail is approximately 1.3 km one way and takes visitors through a mix of woodland and open grassland. Along the way, visitors can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside, as well as the nearby River Ayr

The trail can be muddy in wet weather as the surface is mostly grass. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, although some parts of the trail may be slightly uneven or steep. 

School Brae 
The School Brae Trail is a walking trail that is located in the village of Mossblown in South Ayrshire, Scotland. The trail is approximately 2.4km long and takes visitors through a mix of woodland and open grassland, as well as past several historic landmarks.
