Red Bags of Joy – Talk with Jodie McFarlane, Head Elf of the Night Before Christmas Campaign

Jodie founded the Night Before Christmas Campaign in 2015 after her daughter Tegan, then aged 12, asked her: “Do all children receive a Night Before Christmas Box like I do?”

Join Jodie to find out how she and her mum started the charity and how it grew into the amazing project it is today, which, last year, provided 8,000 Red Bags of Joy to people in Ayrshire.

Free event, but booking is essential. Telephone Carnegie Library on 01292 286385 to book your place.

The image shows a woman standing backstage area of a theater. She is leaning casually on a wooden structure, smiling and looking to the side. Surrounding her are ropes, pulleys, and wooden beams, indicating the area may be used for stage rigging or set movement. The walls are brick, somewhat worn, and industrial in appearance, illuminated by a bright overhead light. The setting gives the impression of a behind-the-scenes look at a theater's technical area.
