Drop in to visit our pop up exhibition about the RNLI at Troon Library. Established in 1871, the lifeboat station at Troon covers the lower Firth of Clyde with its two lifeboats – a D class inshore lifeboat and a Trent class all-weather lifeboat. Crew members have received three RNLI medals for gallantry.
