Once Upon a Time in South Ayrshire, as part of Scotland’s Year of Stories 2022, has officially launched. Offering a year-long programme of events, exhibitions and experiences with something for everyone to enjoy. There are lots of treats in store so please stay tuned as further details are revealed…
Being part of Scotland’s Year of Stories 2022, Once Upon a Time in South Ayrshire will give the opportunity to celebrate stories inspired by, written, or created in Scotland and recognising that every community has a different link to a story just waiting to be explored.
Once Upon a Time in South Ayrshire will reveal local tales and legends as well as iconic stories and also delve into the past of some of Scotland’s most colourful people.
Once Upon a Time Events
Many of the events for springtime onwards are still to be revealed but there’s sure to be something for everyone from campfire stories and family fun days to festive delights. South Ayrshire Libraries and Museums will also be offering a full programme of activities throughout 2022.
